We at Conversation Tees strive to bring forth to you our creative expressions through clothing to represent the Kingdom of our God. In order to do so, we utilize what is known as Print-On-Demand Services for our production needs.
The services we use has a 100% print guarantee on their items. These items are made with upmost high quality and accuracy at the time you place an order. Because of this, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any order.
However, if your merchandise has been damaged in transit we are committed to providing solutions and making it right for you.
In this instance to start a return, you can contact us at info@conversationtees.life. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Contact must be made within 3 business days upon receipt of item(s).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. When we make contact with you to return the item, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.
Exchanges
There are no exchanges. It is your responsibility to review our sizing charts before orders are placed to ensure our sizing meets your sizing requirements. We make everything on demand, so requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product.
